What makes PCG different?
We charge a per square foot fee for our services that remains the same whether you are building a 3000 or 20000 square foot home and there are no additional fees for change orders. This is a fair method of pricing for any size or style of home.
PCG Custom Homes high standards and processes for building each home and with excellent people and trades to follow those standards and processes provides the confidence to provide you a 5-year limited warranty after your home receives the final inspection (certificate of occupancy).
You receive full transparency on the costs of your home. You will receive copies of the supplier’s and trade’s quotes, contracts, change orders and invoices. You will receive a detailed Application for Payment showing the name of each vendor and how much they are requesting to be paid and provided with supporting documents on each progress draw. In addition, a construction checking account is setup only for your home for the deposits and disbursements to pay all costs. You will receive the monthly bank’s statement from this account showing the fiduciary accounting for your home.
You receive the same discounted pricing from our supplier’s and trades. This savings alone will pay for a large part of the construction management fee.

No matter the stage you are at in the construction process, PCG can assist you.
If you are looking at a lot to purchase or have already purchased a lot and would like to discuss budget costs to get the lot ready to build your home and current home building costs, we can share our knowledge. There is no fee to meet with you at the lot to discuss what you are thinking about building and the project’s budget.
We have relationships with several construction lenders who specialize in construction loans. If you need construction financing, we can direct you to one or more of the lenders we work with.
We have relationships with the professionals needed to provide a completed set of building plans and ready to submit for a permit. The professionals needed are typically a surveyor, a home designer (or Architect), a structural engineer and a civil engineer. Our relationships have proven to deliver quality services at a reasonable value.
We have relationships with interior designers who can select components and colorize your new home. They can help with selecting everything from the flooring to the style and color of the tiled roof. Or, if you only need assistance to verify items you have chosen are compatible with the theme of your home, they can do this.
