OUR FOUNDER
Patrick Cunningham is a third‐generation builder who grew up in the residential and commercial construction industry with his family’s businesses in Illinois. Patrick moved his family from Illinois to Arizona in 1985 after seeing an opportunity to build a superior custom home for the Arizona market. In a short time, he grew his company to be one of the largest custom home builders in the area, having 4 Project Managers overseeing 16 properties under construction at any given time. To date, Patrick has built hundreds of custom homes throughout the Phoenix Metro Area.
Patrick’s philosophy to success has been to build each home as if it were his personal home with the attention to the smallest details. To hire only trade partners who consistently provide value without sacrificing craftsmanship. To hire employees that share the same company values. And to strive to make each client satisfied
